PMM requires dealers to be a brick and mortar storefront.  Pmm also requires an initial buy in of $5000 to achieve dealer status.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

We accept credit cards online without a handling fee. Phone and/or Email orders are individually pulled and processed manually and are subject to a 2.5% handling fee. Checks sent in for pre-pay will be deposited and verified before order shipment. Orders will be held for 5 business days in anticipation of receiving checks. If after 5 business days, payment is not received, we will release the order back into inventory. If your Card Holder information (including the expiration date) changes, you may contact us at 603-664-9606.

RETURNED CHECKS:

A $35 charge will be assessed on any returned check.

Pricing. The Prices set forth in Parker Mountain Machine's price schedules/sheets are not guaranteed and Parker Mountain Machine may change its pricing at any time. Parker Mountain Machine will honor quoted prices on Purchase Orders accepted by Parker Mountain Machine prior to the effective date of the price change.

Returns and Refunds. Dealer may submit a request via website or email for return of product. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization, whether for restocking or any other reason. Special order materials and sale items are not returnable. Dealer is responsi- ble for return shipping costs. Not withstanding anything to the contrary in these terms, Dealers may not return any products after the 30th day following delivery for any reason other than in connection with a valid warranty claim asserted by the Dealer or unless given permission by an authorized Parker Mountain Machine representative. After returns are inspected and found eligible, proper credit will be given or a replacement product will be substituted. If an item is not currently in stock, we will give an estimated time of when it is expected. Refunds may be issued 5 to 10 business days after approval from an authorized Parker Mountain Machine representative.

AGREEMENT:

I, the undersigned, agree to the terms and conditions above and certify that the information provided on this form is true, correct and complete. I authorize Parker Mountain Machine to initiate credit or debit card transactions (if applicable) in the amount due on the given invoice. I understand that these transactions will continue until I notify Parker Mountain Machine otherwise in writing and I agree to hold Parker Mountain Machine harmless for charges resulting from my failure to provide Parker Mountain Machine updated Card Holder information. The undersigned certifies that he is a company officer of the applicant and that the information submitted is true and correct and authorizes the bank and references listed to release the information necessary to assist Parker Mountain Machine. A digital copy of this authorization shall be valid as the original.
