Shipping Policy
Shipping Lead Times:
The current shipping lead time can be found at the banner at the top of the website. This is the lead time between when you place your order to when we ship it. It does not include transit time. PMM only operates M-F so lead times are displayed in business days.
If you need a product for a specific date, please order accordingly. Unfortunately we are unable to expedite orders or offer overnight shipping.
Billing & Shipping Addresses:
Please note that in an effort to mitigate online credit card fraud, there may be limited instances on certain orders where PMM may request additional information to better verify the authenticity of the card holder if billing & shipping addresses do not match.

Shipping Methods:
The shipping method chosen at checkout is a preference, and is not guaranteed. Email customer service is you have a specific need.
PO box shipping addresses can only be shipped via USPS.
Orders insured over $700 will require a signature.
Firearms:
All firearms sales and services are restricted to individuals age 21+ and must ship FFL to FFL.
For gunsmithing work, please have your FFL contact us for a current copy of our FFL license.
Insurance Policy:
Orders shipped via USPS Priority or UPS are insured. Orders shipped via USPS first class/ ground advantage are not insured.
If there is damage, we will require you to complete a statement/ affidavit and provide photos– please do not throw away any packaging until the claim has been approved.
If your order has been marked delivered but did not receive it, we will do our best to assist you. However this is not covered under our shipping insurance policy.
If your order has been stuck in transit for more than 20 days from the date of shipment, your order is eligible for an insurance claim. We will not be able to submit a claim until the 20 day mark.
Restrictions:
Per PMM’s terms of service, you must comply with all laws in effect for your location. PMM will do its best to abide by all current laws regarding preventing shipping of items to places where they are prohibited, but we are not lawyers and cannot offer legal advice.

Mags will not be shipped to states/ areas with capacity bans.

California Order Verification & Signature Policy
To ensure full compliance with California AB1263 state requirements, all California orders are subject to the following verification procedures.
Government-Issued Photo ID Required
All California customers must upload a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (typically a driver’s license).
Address Verification
The shipping address on the order must exactly match the address listed on the submitted ID.
Orders with mismatched or unverifiable addresses will be cancelled less a 6% cancellation fee.
Adult Signature Required on Delivery
All California shipments will be sent using 21+ Adult Signature Required service to ensure the package is delivered only to the verified recipient.
Additional Processing Time
Orders shipping to California may require additional processing time while verification is completed.
Orders with incomplete or missing documentation will be delayed and eventually canceled less a 6% cancellation fee.
Non-Compliance & Order Cancellation
Orders that do not meet the above requirements will be canceled and refunded, less a 6% cancellation fee.
