PMM California Exchange Authorization

This is to be used only as directed by PMM Customer Service.

If you are in CA and need to exchange a product, please email customerservice@parkermountainmachine.com first for approval.

PMM’s CALIFORNIA EXCHANGE POLICY

Because of AB 1263, all exchange requests must go through ID re-verification and you will be charged $10 for shipping to cover the additional cost of the 21+ restricted delivery.

You may exchange new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of receiving for items of equal value. All components of the product are necessary in order to be eligible. If your items do NOT meet the outlined requirements, we will not accept it and it will be returned to you.

All exchanges must be approved via email first and then you will be asked to place an order for the exchange using this page so we can re-verify your address. Please email  customerservice@parkermountainmachine.com

We do not provide a shipping label to us, the customer is responsible to cover return shipping costs.

Once approved by PMM staff and your exchange order request has been placed & verified, please ship your item/s for exchange back to us at:

Please return your items in APPROPRIATE packaging. Any exchanges that are damaged due to negligence of proper packaging, cannot be exchanged.
