Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of receiving. All components of the product are necessary in order to be eligible. If your items do NOT meet the outlined requirements, we will not accept it and it will be returned to you.
All returns must be approved via email: customerservice@parkermountainmachine.com
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Please allow 3-8 business days for your bank/ card issuer to process the funds.
The customer is responsible to cover return shipping costs.

It is IMPERATIVE that you include a copy of your invoice in the box and write what you are returning
If your items do NOT meet the outlined requirements, we will not accept it as a return and it will be returned to you.
Please return your items in APPROPRIATE packaging. Any returns that are damaged due to negligence of proper packaging, cannot be refunded.
Please note, bundled/ package deal products can only be returned as a bundle, not piecemealed.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of receiving for items of equal value. All components of the product are necessary in order to be eligible. If your items do NOT meet the outlined requirements, we will not accept it and it will be returned to you.

Exchanges do not carry a fee.

**If the return is a result of PMM’s error (product defect or incorrect item, etc.) PMM will provide a shipping label and the option for the correct item to be replaced or refunded, whichever you would prefer.
