Shipping Policy
Shipping Lead Times:
The current shipping lead time is posted in the banner at the top of the website.
Please note, we only operate Monday thru Friday, so lead times are in business days.
We are a small staff, so if you need a product for a specific date, please order accordingly. Unfortunately we are unable to expedite orders.
Billing & Shipping Addresses:
Because we sell firearms, we have a strict checkout. Your entered billing address must match your credit card information.
If you need your items shipped to a different address, enter it in the order notes section at checkout or email customerservice@parkermountainmachine.com with your order number and the shipping address.
You may be asked to provide photo ID for verification.

Shipping method chosen at checkout is a preference, and is not guaranteed. Email customer service is you have a specific need.
Orders insured over $700 will require a signature.
Insurance Policy:
Orders shipped via USPS Priority or UPS are insured.
If there is damage, we will require you to complete a statement/ affidavit and provide photos– please do not throw away any packaging until the claim has been approved.
For losses, we are unable to assist with these matters until 20 calendar days have passed.

Ultimately, you must understand all laws in effect for your location. PMM will do its best to abide by all current laws regarding preventing shipping of items to places where they are prohibited.

Mags will not be shipped to states/ areas with capacity bans.
