Shipping Policy

Shipping Lead Times:
CURRENT SHIPPING LEAD TIME IS POSTED IN THE BANNER AT THE TOP OF THE WEBSITE

WE ARE A SMALL TEAM SO PLEASE PLAN AHEAD IF YOU NEED SOMETHING IN A HURRY.

 

BILLING/ SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Your entered billing address must match your credit card information. If you need your items shipped to a different address, enter it in the order notes section at checkout or email customerservice@parkermountainmachine.com with your order number and the shipping address. You may be asked to provide photo ID for verification.

Shipping method chosen at checkout is a preference, and is not guaranteed. Email customer service is you have a specific need.

Orders insured over $700 will require a signature.


USPS SNAIL  MAIL POLICY:

Snail mail is for small items only that will fit in an envelope.  With this option you forfeit any insurance.  Any lost or damaged items with this shipping method falls under the buyers responsibility. 

USPS PRIORITY MAIL POLICY:

Orders $35.00 and over will ship via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. These orders will include tracking information which will be automatically sent to the email the order was placed with.

INSURANCE POLICY:
If there is loss or damage at the time of delivery, we will require you to complete a statement/ affidavit and provide photos.
If your order is marked as “Delivered” and you did not receive it, we are unable to assist with these matters until 20 calendar days have passed.
