USPS SNAIL  MAIL POLICY:

Snail mail is for small items only that will fit in an envelope.  With this option you forfeit any insurance.  Any lost or damaged items with this shipping method falls under the buyers responsibility. 

USPS PRIORITY MAIL POLICY:

All orders $35.00 and over will ship via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. These orders will include tracking information which will be automatically sent to the email the order was placed with.
If your there is loss or damage at the time of delivery, we will require you to complete a statement/ affidavit and provide photos.
If your order is marked as “Delivered” and you did not receive it, we are unable to assist with these matters until 20 calendar days have passed.
