Flush Fit:
In order to achieve a flush fit you will need a grip with an extended dustcover. A p365 slide on a p365XL frame will not be flush. A p365 slide on the Sig P365-XMacro Grip module will be flush. For flush fits utilizing after-market grip modules, please refer to the manufacturers fitment guide.
FAQ:
Q: Can I buy just the micro comp?
A: Short answer, no. The barrel and comp are proprietary to one another. Due to the thread depth in the comp and the length of thread on the barrel, our barrel and comp can only be used together.
Recoil Reduction:
The PMM p365 micro comp and barrel was designed to work with most factory loaded ammunition and yield a 30-40% reduction in muzzle climb with 115gr ammo
PMM Holster Recommendation:
PMM suggests using high quality holster manufacturers and not ones who skimp on material and care more about marketing.. We have great success with T-Rex Arms and Tier 1 Concealment.
T-Rex Arms also has a “threaded barrel” option on its holster builders and this option will cover our Micro comps perfectly.

Micro comps and ultra comps cannot be purchased for use with other threaded barrels. The comp and barrel are proprietary to one another. Likewise, PMM proprietary barrels are only for use with the proprietary comp, and cannot be used with suppressors or other muzzle devices.

I am by no means an expert when it comes to anything firearms related. I don’t shoot competition, nor am I LEO or military. So when I heard about this comp I didn’t really expect to “feel” a huge difference when using it. But I was very, very wrong. This compensator took this relatively snappy pistol and seriously made it feel like I was shooting a .380. Recoil was vastly reduced, allowing me to get my follow up shots off noticeably quicker. I was able to maintain my overall sight picture while firing and keep my sights on target during recoil without any difficulty.
The quality of this product is top notch as well. fit and finish leave absolutely nothing to be desired. Installation was a breeze, PMM provides an excellent step by step video so there is no confusion.
If you are looking for a performance upgrade that will not effect reliability, while also improving the overall aesthetics of your firearm I cannot recommend this product highly enough, worth every penny.

After a long wait and many nights spent going through SpartanNC’s instagram, I finally acquired a P365 Micro comp of my own.
This is my third comp and barrel combo from PMM and the quality is on par with the rest of their offerings. I followed the installation instructions in the provided video and it came out perfect.
So far I’ve put 100 rounds of 115 grain Sellier & Bellot through my combo. The barrel held a tight group at 7 yds and I experienced zero malfunctions. I was concerned the comp would come loose so I let it cure for a week after install. Jared said 24-hrs minimum I think.. but I wanted to play it safe. It was rock solid through those first 100 and I think he said it was 3-500 to break in. My hope is to hit the 500 round count without it coming loose at all.
I’m happy to have purchased one and have no complaints at this time. My 365 always felt like the perfect carry solution, but just felt too snappy in the hand. This solves that and you can feel the reduction in recoil. It makes it a gun I WANT to train with and that’s what’s most important.

The PMM comp for the p365 is the bizzz!!!
The 365 being a much smaller pistol has a lot of snappiness to it but with the PMM comp in action, it flattens it out, reduces muzzle rise, makes follow up shots easier to get back on target. Not to mention it looks very aesthetically pleasing! All PMM comps are ????????????????????!!!
