Please note, PMM barrels for the P365 are non LCI. If your slide has a loaded chamber indicator, you will need to remove it prior to installing our barrel and comp.

Flush Fit:
In order to achieve a flush fit you will need a grip with an extended dustcover. A p365 slide on a p365XL frame will not be flush. A p365 slide on the Sig P365-XMacro Grip module will be flush. For flush fits utilizing after-market grip modules, please refer to the manufacturers fitment guide.
FAQ:
Q: Can I buy just the micro comp?
A: Short answer, no. The barrel and comp are proprietary to one another. Due to the thread depth in the comp and the length of thread on the barrel, our barrel and comp can only be used together.
Recoil Reduction:
The PMM p365 micro comp and barrel was designed to work with most factory loaded ammunition and yield a 30-40% reduction in muzzle climb with 115gr ammo
PMM Holster Recommendation:
PMM suggests using high quality holster manufacturers and not ones who skimp on material and care more about marketing.. We have great success with T-Rex Arms and Tier 1 Concealment.
T-Rex Arms also has a “threaded barrel” option on its holster builders and this option will cover our Micro comps perfectly.

Micro comps and ultra comps cannot be purchased for use with other threaded barrels. The comp and barrel are proprietary to one another. Likewise, PMM proprietary barrels are only for use with the proprietary comp, and cannot be used with suppressors or other muzzle devices.

This Micro JTTC and Barrel has really taken the P365 to another level. IMHO, the P365 has the best trigger of any of the micro 9’s on the market so it’s my CCW gun of choice. My only complaint was that it can be a bit snappy depending on bullet weight. Based on my experience with the JTTC on my P320 compact, I purchased a Micro JTTC for the P365. This comp really transforms the P365 into an milder mannered pistol. I can now hold on target for repeat shots with what ever ammo I decide to carry. I went from carrying a 124 gr HP to 147 gr Ranger HP because shooting with the comp makes it much easier for a follow up shot.
In the final analysis, you won’t be disappointed going the Micro JTTC and Barrel comp.

Honestly blown away at how flat and easy shooting this comp has made my 365. Just shy still of 500 rounds with no malfunctions! This is the ultimate game changer for my edc gun! Instructions were clear and easy to complete assembly! Absolutely love this comp!!

Comps have always been one thing I just never thought I needed, especially on a carry gun. I’ve shot the P365 SAS and it was ok, but wasn’t a fan of the sights. I figured since I run my standard P365 with the P365XL grip, I’d give PMM comp and barrel a try. Well PMM has changed my mind on what is practical for a carry gun. Barely adds length and single chamber design is simple yet works. I shot a stock P365 side by side with mine with the Comp/barrel and its night and day difference. The gun gets back on target fast, so follow up shots are quick. I’m looking forward to setting up my P320 X-Compact soon!

Great Product! Arrived quickly, installed easily – I only had to use one of the smallest shims to get the proper allignment. Due to changing from a stock slide to a custom slide, I’ve also had to disassemble (soak in hot tap water for 30 minutes to break the Rocksett bond)and reassemble. If you take your time this is very easy to do. Once done, the gun shot well, was accurate and less recoil was felt. In my case, I did not need to change my stock recoil spring. As mentioned at first, this is a great product that looks great and performs wonderfully.

Simple and very effective upgrade. I recommend getting one of these MICRO JTTC and Barrel Combos before doing any of the popular cosmetic upgrades. Your money will be much better spent here. BTW, worked fine with 90, 115, 124 and 147 grain projectiles. The 90 grains were +p loads, but the rest were standard. PMM hit another home run with this one.
