PMM’s B.C.D. allows the shooter full control of the SCAR with minor movement of the trigger finger saving the shooter precious time during magazine changes and battery manipulation.
Additionally the B.C.D’s main paddle is larger with finer serrations for extra grip while engaging the battery of the SCAR rifle traditionally.
Machined in-house out of 6061 aluminum then hardcoated per military standards, the PMM B.C.D. is a low cost and effective way of improving the operating functions of your SCAR rifle.

As a righty, I like BCD levers on my AR15s. I was happy to find one for my SCAR. All standard slide releases dig my palm with a hand slap bolt close, which the PMM BCD’s large paddle prevents. It is easy from a bench rest or prone to send the bolt home with the trigger finger. Even better, pressing up on the BCD aides in opening the bolt without a magazine, so you do not feel like you are doing gymnastics with the charging handle. PMM’s machining is top notch and the BCM does not get too close or wiggle into the active trigger arch. No issues with bolt hold open on my SCAR 16, having tested with brass and steel case ammunition in DD, Troy, P-Mags, USGI, and FN Steel Magazines. However, I am very careful to always clear the left sidewall of even approved magazines for any over molded polymers.
