Includes:
1 x FN 509 Ultra Compensator
- 7075 Aluminum finished in a type 3 class 2 hardcoat anodize.
- No set screws, mounts like a muzzle device on a rifle.
- Captured design ensures that even if your comp comes loose it will not come off or impede function.
- Designed around the FN factory threaded barrels (1/2 x 28) but will work with others that have the same threads. (Gap may vary)
1 x Shim Kit:
- 4 x 0.010″ Shim
- 2 x 0.005″ Shim
- 1 x 0.002″ Shim
- 1 x 0.05mL Vial Loctite 272

PMM has adopted the technology from our Ultra Barrel and Comp Combo series and applied it for use on the factory threaded barrel utilized on the 509 Tactical series of pistols. While slightly larger in overall length, our 509 Ultra yields a 45-55% reduction in muzzle rise with 115gr ammo
This compensator is LARGER in size in comparison to our single port so if you may need to modify your holster to accept this compensator.

So I just received this comp for my FN509, once I pulled my head out my ass and watched the video a few times it was easy to install. Now for the test took to the range on 6/23/23 and yeah I notice a difference right away love shooting the FN even more now. I would highly recommend this for anyone to buy. I purchased the dual port PMM compensator for my FN 509T. I don’t think I was skeptical but I was curious how much of a difference it would make so here it is.
First. Customer service question I asked before purchasing was answered promptly.
Second. Ordering was easy with a bonus video at the bottom of description making the decision to order the Muschi mounting block an easy choice.
Third arrived in a decent amount of time(around Christmas time)
Fourth. Mounting. Follow instructions and research on You Tube how to clock properly. I have seen some you tubers out there and made me laugh a little at the gap between slide and compensator. 1/4 inch don’t use all the shims. Follow PMM videos and instructions. I used the .005 shim by itself and there is less than 1/16 inch of gap and the barrel of the 509T comes flush to the first slot of the dual port comp. Goes into battery like it should and does not touch the slide. It’s a perfect fit.
Shot 300 rounds today of 124 grain and 115 grain Blazer Brass. Both shot flawlessly. I prefer the 124 grain. After 2 shots the difference in the handling of the 509T was exceptional and a better shooting experience. My 11 year old didn’t like it before the comp now it’s his favorite!
