Like other people mentioned the fit of this socket over the barrel nut was quite tight as well as the square hole for the ratchet. I used a rubber mallet as well to tap it onto the nut and squeezed my breaker bar and torque wrench into the square hole for that. It worked perfect and unlike what some other people said, my barrel nut was not over torqued came off relatively easy without the need for any heat.
