This will fit both the P10C and P10F. It WILL NOT FIT the P10S.
True Precision barrels will function but have about a .100″ gap from slide to comp.
Primary Machine threaded barrels will require and additional shim kit.
Czech Market CZ barrels noted at 122mm length will not work.
Includes:
1 x P10 C/F Compensator
- 7075 Aluminum finished in a type 3 class 2 Black hardcoat anodize.
- No set screws, mounts like a muzzle device on a rifle.
- Captured design ensures that even if your comp comes loose it will not come off or impede function.
- Designed around the CZ factory threaded barrels (1/2×28) but will work with others that have the same threads. (Gap may vary)
- Adds approximately 1.2″ to overall length.

PMM compensators use a proprietary mounting system much like what is found on all modern rifles utilizing a combination of shims and proper timing of the compensator in relation to the pistol slide.
Additionally, PMM compensator utilize a single port design at the 12 O’clock position which maximizes the effectiveness of the comp in keeping the muzzle of the pistol down and allows the slide to “track” faster and more accurately for follow up shots.
During testing the PMM compensators were designed to work with most factory loaded ammunition but will yield the best results with a +P or Nato spec cartridge. We have adapted our designs to integrate with and complement the design of your pistol so no longer does a compensator have to look like an afterthought slapped on the end of your pistol, rather it delivers unmatched performance and looks.

I called Parker Mountain Machine in a bit of a rush. I was heading to Frontsight with my sons in a week. My oldest son wanted to use my M&P C.O.R.E. Performance, so I decided to use my new ‘Suppressor Ready’ CZ P-10 Compact instead. Planning to fire over 600 rounds in just four days I started looking for a compensator to help control the muzzle a little better. PMM was out of stock for the black compensators, but they were able to hook me up with an FDE version, which they rushed out to me so I could get it on the pistol before heading out. There were a bunch of shims in the package so I was able to index it spot on.
Other than the color, it looks factory. The styling is brilliant, it matches the slide cuts perfectly.
Even better? It works!
After running 700 rounds of Winchester 124 grain 9mm NATO ammo through the gun over the four day course, the compensator didn’t move. I also ran about 50 rounds of 115 grain Blazer just to compare. The hotter ammo expels more gas which reduces the barrel flip a little better, but everything fed right through, the slide cycles with no issues.
Accuracy is unaffected, but the additional control afforded by the compensator makes a noticeable difference in getting back on the sight picture quickly. Anyone who has been to Frontsight knows, the task is to deliver a controlled PAIR, within 1.5 seconds, drawing from the holster. Those who can’t control the muzzle flip and recoil are always finishing late, or suffering larger groupings. For the ‘failure to stop’ drill, you deliver a controlled pair to the chest, then a single shot to the cranio-ocular cavity. From 10 yards, delivering three shots can be challenging if you are taking extra time to get back on the sights, and the head box looks mighty small when time is ticking away.
With the PMM Compensator, my compact is as easy to control as my full size M&P Ported C.O.R.E. Performance. Great outfit, terrific product, really excellent service. Thanks PMM!

This is an incredible product. I love it! Best compensator I have ever felt. Fit, finish, looks, function I can’t say enough! Completely transformed the gun into a flat shooter. Felt the difference and picked up accuracy immediately. Will be buying more for my other guns!

Comp is great. Install was easy (less than an hour). Runs flawlessly so far and makes a real difference. I’d give 5 stars but customer service was poor – didn’t get a response for over a week after asking for an update on my order.
