CAUTIONARY TALE: The front QD mount went in easy enough. Its mounting is 90 degrees to the frame. Solid and does what it’s supposed to. The rear post was screw mounted parallel to the frame,however, and has a close fit which required quarter turns with an allen. The bolt got cross threaded and the soft bolt head stripped only part way through. I couldn’t tighten the bolt and I couldn’t back it out. I had to use a dremel to cut the bolt out and destroyed the QD in the process…
Take your time, go slow, fat fingered freedom fighters (4F) need to take deep breaths and have adequate lighting and tools to do this…
