Please note, PMM barrels for the P365 are non LCI. If your slide has a loaded chamber indicator, you will need to remove it prior to installing our barrel and comp.

- 4140 steel finished in Black DLC or FDE PVD. Adds 0.6″ to OAL.
- No set screws, mounts like a muzzle device on a rifle.
- Captured design ensures that even if your comp comes loose it will not come off or impede function.

Flush Fit:
In order to achieve a flush fit you will need a grip with an extended dustcover. A p365 slide on a p365XL frame will not be flush. A p365 slide on the Sig P365-XMacro Grip module will be flush. For flush fits utilizing after-market grip modules, please refer to the manufacturers fitment guide.
FAQ:
Q: Can I buy just the micro comp?
A: Short answer, no. The barrel and comp are proprietary to one another. Due to the thread depth in the comp and the length of thread on the barrel, our barrel and comp can only be used together.
Recoil Reduction:
The PMM p365 micro comp and barrel was designed to work with most factory loaded ammunition and yield a 30-40% reduction in muzzle climb with 115gr ammo
PMM Holster Recommendation:
PMM suggests using high quality holster manufacturers and not ones who skimp on material and care more about marketing.. We have great success with T-Rex Arms and Tier 1 Concealment.
T-Rex Arms also has a “threaded barrel” option on its holster builders and this option will cover our Micro comps perfectly.

PSA:
Micro comps and ultra comps cannot be purchased for use with other threaded barrels. The comp and barrel are proprietary to one another. Likewise, PMM proprietary barrels are only for use with the proprietary comp, and cannot be used with suppressors or other muzzle devices.

This Barrel and Comp combo is excellent. There are plenty of videos that give clear instructions on the installation. The finish is great and it works as advertised. It has completed my custom build for my Icarus grip module and the gun shoots great. The only improvement would be on the barrel itself; a round indicator cut on the back of the barrel would be helpful if it doesn’t impact the performance due to the amount of gas already being displaced from the comp. Cheap Ammo will cause stovepipes at 115 grain so having enough back pressure to rack the slide is an issue for low-charge rounds. 124 grain and up this setup shines!!! I have not had any holster fitment issues with any holster thus far. Overall, it is a great compliment to an already great platform.

I love the comp and barrel. I got it to go with my Icarus grip because it will flush fit. The best part was I ordered the wrong barrel length and had to send it back for the correct length. They sent me the correct length right back the day they got the first one in the mail. Great customer service. Be sure to double check the length you need.

We have two of the JTTC Comps. One on a 365 and one on a 365 XMacro. Both reduce muzzle rise as advertised. Helps keep the Dot inside the window of my EPS Carry. Both were purchased as Blems, but I can’t find any defects in either of them.
