Please note, PMM barrels for the P365 are non LCI. If your slide has a loaded chamber indicator, you will need to remove it prior to installing our barrel and comp.

- 4140 steel finished in Black DLC or FDE PVD. Adds 0.6″ to OAL.
- No set screws, mounts like a muzzle device on a rifle.
- Captured design ensures that even if your comp comes loose it will not come off or impede function.

Flush Fit:
In order to achieve a flush fit you will need a grip with an extended dustcover. A p365 slide on a p365XL frame will not be flush. A p365 slide on the Sig P365-XMacro Grip module will be flush. For flush fits utilizing after-market grip modules, please refer to the manufacturers fitment guide.
FAQ:
Q: Can I buy just the micro comp?
A: Short answer, no. The barrel and comp are proprietary to one another. Due to the thread depth in the comp and the length of thread on the barrel, our barrel and comp can only be used together.
Recoil Reduction:
The PMM p365 micro comp and barrel was designed to work with most factory loaded ammunition and yield a 30-40% reduction in muzzle climb with 115gr ammo
PMM Holster Recommendation:
PMM suggests using high quality holster manufacturers and not ones who skimp on material and care more about marketing.. We have great success with T-Rex Arms and Tier 1 Concealment.
T-Rex Arms also has a “threaded barrel” option on its holster builders and this option will cover our Micro comps perfectly.

PSA:
Micro comps and ultra comps cannot be purchased for use with other threaded barrels. The comp and barrel are proprietary to one another. Likewise, PMM proprietary barrels are only for use with the proprietary comp, and cannot be used with suppressors or other muzzle devices.

Decent compensator. Works fine, looks cool, good fit and finish. Easy install. This is grossly over priced for the value. The company could do much better in several areas. Overall I do not regret this purchase but at the same time wouldn’t recommend for the price. If this was priced around $250 it would be worth it.

Completely unhappy with product. Never have I had a SIG product perform so poorly. Won’t chamber 2nd or 3rd rounds without stovepiping. Fails to hold slide back after last round. Slide returns to battery position on empty chamber. Unable to fire a complete magazine without multiple failures. I bought your product believing reviews I read and that it would lower felt recoil and muzzle climb to enable faster follow up shots on target. Forget more than two shots without incident. I was going to try and match the flat dark earth/ coyote color of factory finish but glad I didn’t waste that money. Bought your product which was the most money for a compensator because of its smaller size at magazine results of 30-40% reduction in muzzle rise and recoil. I’m thinking your paying off the magazines. I’ve put 300 rounds through this barrel/ compensator package hoping it might just need a good break- in but nothing has changed from the first magazine.

I’ve got two P365xl’s so I was able to do a side by side comparison between the two. I didn’t think it would be that noticeable a difference… I WAS WRONG. It’s like night and day. The difference is even more pronounced than when I put one on my p320. I’ll be looking for another one of these for my standard P365.
