Based off of the PMM MRE rail extension, the PMM MRE HD XL is a 4″ long version of the 2″ MRE HD
By adding a 4″ of rail extension to their standard or SBR length SCAR, a shooter gains the much needed space to extend their support hand while still maintaining access to the SCAR’s gas block.

Beautiful machining, perfect fit in my Scar17s.
You do have to remove the barrel.
I used a soldering iron to apply heat to the screw heads to avoid stripping.
I had to redo the torquing because the accuracy changed big time. Now it’s back to its old self.
I’m liking this extension, might do it for my 16s.
