Unlike other manufacturers on the market, PMM has designed the SCAR magazine release button to contour the lower of the SCAR perfectly and does not protrude above the factory magazine release button cage– eliminating any extra potential for unwanted magazine ejections if bumped.
Not only does the PMM Oversized Magazine Release Button for SCAR give the shooter precious extra surface area on the vertical face, it kicks down allowing the shooter to transition directly from the trigger to the magazine release button without having to stretch for it.
Compatible with the FN SCAR 16, 17, 20, SC, and 15P.

Incredibly well made part and it does help reduce the reach required to release the mag. It was a little tough to install and I ended up having to do a little extra work to get it to seat properly.

Mags not drop free for me when empty unless I really got on top of the real ease button. Very disappointed, I really wanted to like these. ymmv

Though it‘s a mostly aesthetic improvement; It looks great, it was easily installed and fitment was perfect. I wish that the extended portion of the button would drop the magazine when depressed, because it won’t. I guess the design was meant to be more of a location indicator. As it can aid your finger when locating the release.

Works well and better than original but I thought you could press it at the longest point facing the user to release mag but that’s not the case. You still need to press the middle of the button.
