Great part. Works just like a B.A.D. lever. Keep in mind when using this part (as a left handed shooter) it makes using the Ambi mag release more difficult. If the bolt is locked to the rear (meaning the BCD is engaged) it IS possible to use the mag release from the left side, but you have to use the tip of your trigger finger. If the BCD is not engaged using the left side mag release is near impossible unless you have some very long fingers. Just an FYI.
But having an Ambi-like bolt release was more important to me than ease of use with the left side mag release. Also, because of the design and shape, you will tend to slap the BCD with your trigger finger when going from finger-off to finger-on the trigger if you’re trying to shoot fast. I’m not knocking the BCD, just letting Left-handed shooters know it’s something to be aware of.
I still highly recommend the BCD if you value an Ambi bolt release over Ambi mag release. It’s a quality product. Finish is perfect, at least on the black version. It has a dull black finish to match the black anodized finish on my LE model Virtus. And the finish has held up well so far.

Looks good. Finish was good. I was able to install it, but haven’t been able to shoot since I installed it. Literally took less than 5 minutes to install. One thing, that’s my bad, is my rifle is rattle canned. I needed to clean up the edge of the oem bolt release so that the PMM bolt release would go in smoother. The added paint made it a really snug fit. The QR codes for the installs is an awesome idea. They have a small thing of lock tight in the package already. Great idea! It doesn’t seem to get in the way, locking the bolt to the rear and releasing the bolt is super easy and comfortable. I’ll add another review once I get to head to the range. So far, seems like a great product.

No range use yet with this battery device but I know it’ll perform flawlessly. This is my second PMM BCD as the other is on my Scar-H and that one works great. Another quality accessory to have on your rifle especially being left handed. The only gripe with any of the BAD levers is not being able to access an ambi magazine release like on the MCX Virtus lower or my Scar easily. Most of them get in the way but it’s not an incredibly awful thing. The benefits of these outweigh that negative
