Note: Threaded pistol barrels are not legal in all areas. It is your responsibility to check your local laws before ordering a threaded barrel. You also understand and agree that all firearms and firearms related activities are potentially dangerous if handled/conducted improperly and can pose risks and hazards to yourself and others, which may result in property damage, serious injury or death.
We have seen issues with Shield arms mags. If you are having issues running these mags we have been told leaving the mags loaded for a few weeks and keeping the mag spring under tension helps clear up the issue.
All of our compensators are tested in a ransom rest and measured with a digital inclinometer.
The PMM MICRO for the Glock slimline was designed to work with most factory loaded ammunition and yield 30-35% reduction in muzzle climb (with 115gr UMC)

PMM Recommendation- RDR Gear
GLOCK:
G43/G43x with micro comp is a the length of a G48 so a G48 holster is required.
G48 with micro comp is G17 length.
PMM suggests using high quality holster manufacturers and not ones who skimp on material and care more about marketing.. We have great success with T-Rex Arms and Tier 1 Concealment.
T-Rex Arms also has a “threaded barrel” option on its holster builders and this option will cover our Micro comps perfectly.

Definitely a great compensator. This comp shoots extremely flat and looks great. It looks like it came from Glock directly.
Comp takes out that recoil bite with slimline models.

What comp dreams are made of! This is my second comp from PMM and they are top notch. I really love that the micro moved to stainless vs aluminum, I understand that stainless is harder to mill but I think it’s the right move. There isn’t a comp that blends more seamlessly or performs better out there.!

Amazing fit and form! I’m most accustom to shooting full-size pistols, so when trying to get acclimated to my 43x, it felt really snappy. My cadence was noticeably slower than with even my 19. This comp changed that. Now its about the same size as a 48, but feels way better! My follow-up shots are absolutely faster and closer to my 17 speed.

I’ve had several shooting sessions now with this rig, so I thought I’d share what I learned, for your amusement and edification.
I bought the 43X a while back, shot it a good bit, but while I absolutely love the way it carries, I hated the way it shot. Recoil was snappy and mostly muzzle rise, and you had to reacquire the target every time you fired. No aimed doubles, long splits, no bueno. So, after casting about a bit, and even thinking about trying a different gun, I decided to gamble a bit and try the PCC comp. It’s small, looked nice, and had good reviews.
It arrived a couple of days later, in nice packaging, and included an adequate assortment of shims, and a tube of what is probably either locktite 272 or Rocksett. I got busy installing it.
Just remember – dunk it in boiling water for 20-30 seconds to liquify the locktite if you need to try again, and hose it down with WD-40 when you’re done to get the water off before it corrodes something. Use at least a 4″ vise with softjaws, and a 10 or 12 inch crescent wrench.
I found the install easy, but it does take some patience to get it perfectly clocked. After two or three times in the vise, I got it right, and my first thought was how well it fit the slide profile. It looks like it belongs there. In fact, were it not for the slot, you might not notice it was there.
Overall, the fit and finish are excellent. I also think it looks good on the gun.
How does it shoot? It went from slow poke to sure-enough blaster, that’s how.
First, it needs fairly stout loads. The more gas, the better the pistol runs. I tried white box 124s with decent but not fabulous results, but Sig Performance 115g JHP rounds were just a treat to shoot, and the gun runs pretty damn flat with the extra gas. Fast doubles are no problem, the sight picture is easy to follow, and overall, the splits are comparable to a much larger pistol, like the G34. It would be excellent with a dot sight as well (I use open sights, because that’s what I’ve trained with for too many years).
So, at the end of the day, I’m highly satisfied with this little gun. It rides easy, and I’m in no way handicapped as a shooter while carrying it. The 43X + PMM Comp appears to be just slightly shorter than a G48, and this gun fits perfectly in a G48 holster. The compensator doesn’t impede or hang up during the draw in any way. Diligentia, Vis, Celeritas all the way, every day!
