The PMM Compensator uses a proprietary mounting system much like what is found on all modern rifles utilizing a combination of shims and proper timing of the compensator in relation to the Pistol slide.
Additionally, the PMM compensators utilize a single port design at the 12 O’clock position which maximizes the effectiveness of the compensator in keeping the muzzle of the pistol down and allows the slide to “track” faster and more accurately for follow up shots.
During testing the PMM compensators were designed to work with most factory loaded ammunition but will yield the best results with a +P or Nato spec cartridge. We have adapted our designs to integrate with and complement the design of your pistol so no longer does a compensator have to look like an afterthought slapped on the end of your pistol, Rather it Delivers unmatched performance and looks.

Good fit and finish. Easy to install following the included instructions. This is my first compensated pistol but I’ve shot some other larger comps on 9mm 2011’s. I’ve only got about 200 rounds through the gun with this comp. Some 115gr and the rest 124 NATO. The comp is more effective with the higher pressure 124’s. I’ve got the P320RX compact on the full size slide and it looks awesome. I loose the dot under recoil but it returns nicely and quickly for follow ups and running the gun at speed is noticeably faster but I’ve not timed anything yet.

EXCELLENT product!!! My Sig P320 X-Five shoots incredibly flat, and is extremely enjoyable to shoot. This compensator along with the Apex trigger are the best enhancements to my Sig. HIGHLY recommend the compensator!!! The best one I have had thus far!!!

I got my compensator quickly and it looks really nice on my pistol and reduces muzzle flip as advertised. Although, when I went to install the comp on my brand new Faxon barrel I found that there was not enough timing shims to bring the comp out enough on the barrel to clear the front of the slide. I sent an email to their customer service email and got no response. I finally just broke down and bought another set of shims from them just to get it working. It took all six of the largest spacers and most of the remaining spacers to get it timed to the barrel it is supposedly made for. I don’t know if they sent me the wrong comp or if Faxon changed their barrels, but I couldn’t get ahold of them to find out.
