- 7075 aluminum finished in a type 3 class 2 black hardcoat anodize.
- No set screws, mounts like a muzzle device on a rifle using the provided PMM shim kit.

- 4 x 0.010″ Shim
- 2 x 0.005″ Shim
- 1 x 0.002″ Shim
- 1 x 0.05mL Vial Loctite 272

Barrel Compatibility:
- Option “Aftermarket Barrels” was tested for fitment with the following 1/2 x 28 threaded barrels for M&P 9: Faxon, SilencerCo, Ed Brown, & Griffin Armament. Adds approximately 1″ to overall length.

- Option “Factory Threaded Barrel”, was designed around the OEM Smith & Wesson M&P 9 2.0 1/2 x 28 threaded barrel. Adds approximately 1.25″ to overall length.
Slide Compatibility:
These comps fit both the 1.0 & 2.0 slides. The deciding factor for which option to choose depends only on the threaded barrel you are using to get the most optimal fit

The installation videos don’t don’t much justice, but getting the compensator on was a bit of a wrestle; this compensator is not going anywhere. Bought for my m&p 2.0 full size 4.25 inch with apex gunsmith fitted barrel, fit perfectly, ran with factory recoil spring , and the dpm recoil spring system, tried the soft and heavy springs with Winchester 115 gr, federal 124 gr, also ran some Winchester NATO 124 gr with the heavier springs, shot around 300 rounds with zero malfunctions, Awesome Comp! Super flat shooting with the dpm springs, red dot never leaves the window.
